Soldering of through-hole components such as terminals, holders, capacitors, antennas, transformers, or other THT components.
scaleo programs customer-specific embedded software in-circuit. Flash memory modules and data storage devices are also flashed inline.
scaleo subjects all manufactured assemblies to an end-of-line test. In addition to functional properties, we evaluate all relevant electrical signal forms.
scaleo also installs the assembly in a housing. Care is taken to ensure that the units are installed correctly and connected to PE protective conductors.
We test insulation and low-resistance connections to the PE protective conductor in accordance with applicable standards using special high-voltage generators and protective conductor measuring devices.
